Own the design of de novo enzymes end to end — from objective definition through backbone generation to candidates that clear the wet lab. Deep intuition for active-site geometry and catalysis required.

Build and fine-tune the generative and inverse-folding stack, and wire the assay data flywheel that retrains it. You care about structure-conditioned generation and about shipping models that touch real biology.

Stand up the design–build–test–learn loop in the lab: express designs, run turnover assays, and make the measurements that ground every computational claim. Hands-on cellulose and polymer-substrate experience is a plus.
